My Story
I grew up in Boundary County, in the heart of the Idaho’s great Panhandle. After those formative years, I went on to earn a degree in Environmental Science at the University of Idaho (2005).
I had a neighbor once in my apartment building who was enrolled at the local massage academy, and I remember thinking, “Lucky gal. I wish I could go to massage school.” But my life had other plans at the time and I wouldn’t earn my massage license until 2019, here in beautiful Sandpoint, Idaho.
Through school and continuing education I’ve learned ways to affect digestive issues, visceral manipulation, joint mobilization, myofascial release, TMJ release, muscle spasms, migraines, scoliosis discomfort, and more.
My clients describe my touch as “firm”, but I aim to give you the most affective pressure for your unique body and situation. Massage shouldn’t hurt and I believe the reknowned founder of structural integration and Rolfing, Ida Rolf, said it best when she said, “It’s not how deep you go, it’s how you go deep.”
